Flowery Pins

This stack of yummy fabrics became pins yesterday. Well, almost. I still need to add leaves to them, but mostly they are done.

I like to use them as gift toppers on presents and the recipient gets to have an extra goodie. They are also great on purses and denim jackets. Or any jacket, really. I like having them for swaps, too. I did a brooch swap on Swap Bot that was so fun. People made such creative brooches! I'm done with Swap Bot (too many no sends) but maybe I'll host a swap on here...Would you all be interested in a handmade Brooch Swap? A girl can't have too many brooches, right? If you think I should host one drop me a line and let me know you are interested.

Also, don't forget to de-lurk! Say hi! I might even extend my de-lurking week into next week and have a giveaway at the end of next week...hmmm there's an idea...

I have never participated in one of them there swaps. Might be fun. I must say that I am impressed with the amount of stuff that you get done with those lil' ones around.

Thanks! Naptime is lovely and they are usually pretty subdued in the morning, so if I'm not too grumpy I can get a few things done. And the evenings! Can't forget the sweet after bedtime hours!

Thanks for stopping by my blog! My first time at yours, but I will definitely be back! Love your flower pins, what a great idea. I have never participated in a swap, but I think I would like to give it a try. Plus, I love brooches!

Hi there, did you still want to join the pink and brown swap, I actually could use one more person as I have an odd number. If you do, email me at: johl3@windstream.net

(lucy from sweetrepeats, rebecca's co-hostess for the swap)

This is my first visit, but I will leave a comment and not lurk. I get lots of lurkers, I think there should be more commenters!

I also gave up on swap-bot... but what I did get in return I was quite happy with for the three swaps I did.

I like your blog.

OK, I'm de-lurking! HI!

Your fabric pins are cute and what a great idea to add them to gifts.

I will not be a lurker either. I found your link on Amanda's blog. I just did my first swap on swap bot. You know what I think? I think they need to send more reminder emails. Sometimes you sign up for a swap and don't have to send for another 2 months!

I did this Junk Mail ATC swap. I am going to post pics of what I sent and what I received soon on my blog.

I may be up for the brooch swap...

It's funny to see that I have some of the same fabrics as you do in this pic.
