I promised awhile ago to devote a whole post to our favorite kitschy breakfast eatery Pancake Circus, and here it is. Chock full o' freaky clown goodness, too. The food here is great, cheap and service is uber fast. So fast that is you tell the waitress (whose name might actually be Marge or Peg or Sue or some other diner waitress worthy moniker) that you need a minute, she almost looks at you like you asked for escargot or something. We needed about 15 minutes and she was really getting a tad testy with us. Luckily the kids are cute, they charmed her into not caring so much. She even brought our monkey boy a huge hot chocolate with a massive mound of whipped cream.

The two clown pics down there are from the cash register area, which is so saturated with freaky clowns it creeps me out a bit. Basically the sad clowns are the ones that are creepy and you can see that there are a few there. Why? Why paint a sad clown, people??
